Heinrich Kock, called "Heinz" by family and friends, passed away on the 5th May of 2010.
We mourn for the husband, father, brother and friend, who leaves a large gap in our lives.
We mourn for an outstanding artisan, who brought joy and warmth to people's hearts in- and outside of germany.
We take consolation that he spend the last months, weeks and days of his life in an active way and that despite all the pain he suffered, he could experience much beauty.
Since 1997 Heinrich Kock created and sold his Kieselkarikaturen as a freelancing artisan. He described his last 13 years of his life as his happiest, because he came to know how much joy he could spend with his funny companions.
Heinz did not like stagnation and was mostly a step ahead of trends. Sadly he experienced the wave of knock-off merchandise the hard way.
The sales of his Kieselkarikaturen do not proceed anymore!
